Working primarily with the client, Project Manager and executive management, the Account Manager will: You will be responsible for all account-related client communication and conflict resolution.

• Ensure client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing executive management of
any problems that may arise
• Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the project team
• Review major deliverables (e.g., strategic brief, functional specifications, technical specifications,
interface designs, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
• Work closely with the project team to pro actively identify potential issues and/or opportunities
within or related to the project
• Ensure all internal and external processes and procedures are respected, quality standards are
met or exceeded and that projects are profitable
• Understand the full range of the company's capabilities and services, and effectively communicate
value proposition to their clients when appropriate
• Seek and pursue opportunities for account growth and new business with the support of
executive management
• Own the contract and contract renewals for new and existing initiatives within their assigned
• Report account status and activity to executive management on a weekly or ”as requested"
• Report account-level revenue projections to executive management on a monthly or “as
requested" basis
• Work with the client and project team to approve change orders and initiate invoicing related to
project scope management
• Assume project management responsibilities in the absence of the Project Manager


• University degree (health sciences or business administration an asset) and/or certificate in
business administration
• Minimum 2 years of account management, sales or project management experience
• Proven account management skills (Le., the creation, maintenance and enhancement of
customer relationships)
• Understanding of financial processes and concepts common to 5MBs (Small and Medium-sized
• Intermediate MS-Office skills, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and French)
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Motivated, determined, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• Detail and goal-oriented
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Works well in a team environment


• Experience working with the pharmaceutical industry and/or associated services
• Languages other than English and French
• Multimedia experience

Salaire : 55-65K
